Swimming offers low-impact exercise, improving strength, flexibility, and overall well-being, making it the perfect choice for a complete fitness journey. Dive into our aqua classes for a gentle yet effective fullbody workout.

SWIMMING LESSONS

We offer swimming lessons for both children and adults, ensuring everyone can make
a splash and build their confidence in the water. Swimming lessons are available to book via
reception, where you can also find more information on prices and swimming lesson availability.

FACILITIES

Our pool facility is completed with a sauna, steam room, experience shower, and a jacuzzi. After a
swim or workout, unwind in the sauna to soothe muscles, boost circulation, and promote
detoxification. Step into the steam room, infused with eucalyptus, to clear the respiratory system
while easing stress and tension. Enjoy an intense cleanse in our experience shower and finally,
immerse yourself in the blissful jacuzzi.

Rasul Mud Treatment

This treatment uses mud and heat to clean and relax the body and mind. There's no therapist so you get down and dirty yourself, and doing it in pairs or groups is the best way to ensure you're getting mud on those hard-to-reach areas.
