Classes
An extensive range of group classes are available for all of our members to enjoy. Our purpose built studios are specifically designed for different types of exercise, providing the perfect environment to engage in a class. All classes are included within the price of a membership at Liberty Leisure including Pilates, Spin, HIIT and many more.
All classes are available to book using our exclusive Liberty Leisure app, where you can also create your own bespoke class schedule, track your fitness and receive important notification updates from us.

HIIT CLASSES:
Our HIIT (high intensity interval training) classes are challenging yet highly effective, involving a variety of different intense exercises in bursts followed by rest periods.
We have different HIIT classes including Synergy, which is designed by our instructors to challenge you on all levels with different exercises – all based around our bespoke SYNRGY360rig.
Similarly, Circuits class involves endurance training, resistance training and high intensity aerobics all performed in a circuit-like fashion in one of our studios. Our regular HIIT class incorporates a wide range of exercises, from bodyweight movements to strength training, plyometrics and more to ensure workouts are engaging.
CARDIO CLASSES:
Our cardio classes are perfect for those who want to get their heart racing and build their cardiovascular endurance. From cycling classes to Aqua classes, we have a diverse range of cardio classes to get involved in.
In our Spin class you’ll pedal to upbeat music alternating between fast paced bursts and slower intervals, whilst Aqua involves energising water aerobics, providing a low impact way to tone and strengthen the body. Or if you prefer a more refined cardio exercise we offer Zumba, which combines elements of dance, music and fitness into an enjoyable and highly effective workout.We also offer Cardio Kick, which incorporates dance, fitness and kickboxing with no equipment needed. This class is sure to burn fat and relieve stress and tension.
LOW IMPACT CLASSES:
Low impact classes prioritise gradual progression and mindfulness in order to develop strength, flexibility and balance. They’re designed to be beneficial for all ages and abilities in improving their wellbeing. Our Yoga classes feature different yoga flows led by carefully selected external instructors to soothing music. Pilates class focuses on building core strength and flexibility through controlled movements, which is great for creating a more toned and lean appearance. Fitness Pilates offers a different approach to ordinary Pilates, with its main purpose being to correct issues related to an individual’s muscles and bones, which potentially can improve their posture and reduce discomfort. Tai Chi involves a series of slow, gentle movements and physical postures, meditation and controlled breathing and has been known to treat health problems associated with age
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASSES:

Kettlebell-fit is an energetic class with members doing kettlebell exercises back to back to music, guided by our motivational instructor. Body Conditioning is a full body workout promoting muscular strength and endurance and involving cardio and resistance training to an energetic beat. Fab Abs incorporates a range of bodyweight and weighted exercises and is perfect for those looking to target and strengthen their core, leaving them with a more toned and sculpted midsection. To get those glutes burning, our Legs, Bums & Tums class is designed to tone and strengthen the lower body, whilst burning calories.
Bar Complex offers a more advanced strength training workout involving different barbell exercises back to back, this will help your overall body strength and athletic performance. During a Pump & Tone class you’ll integrate low to moderate weights and high repetitions in order to burn
calories and increase your heart rate.
KIDS CLUB, BOOTCAMP & CRECHE:
Creating a family friendly fitness experience is vital to us at Liberty Leisure. Our Kids Club is full of exciting activities, including our energetic Kids Bootcamp with fitness sessions featuring hurdles, skipping ropes, and more for your children to enjoy whilst they make friends. Utilise our reliable creche while you work out, ensuring a safe and environment for your children.
